How MHFL Ventures LLP handles the information you share with us.
MHFL Ventures LLP (“MHFL”, “we”, “us”) treats the trust you place in us, and the information you share, with care. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information you give us directly, such as your name, email, phone number, what brings you here and your message when you use our contact form or reach out to collaborate. When you support Circle of Good, your donation is processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your full card or banking details.
This site also runs Google Analytics. It records the pages you view and which site actions you use, such as opening a venture, donation or contact link. It also records roughly where you are (country and city, worked out from your IP address), your device and browser, and the site or search that sent you here, and it stores a randomly generated identifier in your browser to tell one visit from another. We read it only as aggregate numbers, never tied to a name, and we do not use it to build a profile of you or to advertise to you.
To reply to you and build genuine collaborations, to process and acknowledge donations and meet our compliance obligations, and to send occasional updates only if you have asked us to.
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We never exploit the stories, art or data of the people and communities we work with for marketing.
Only trusted partners who help us operate: Razorpay for payments, and Google for analytics and for delivering the messages you send us. Shared only as far as needed, and beyond that only where the law requires it.
Your information travels over secure, encrypted connections, is kept only as long as it is needed, and is protected by reasonable safeguards against loss or misuse.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. If you would rather not be counted in our analytics, your browser's tracking protection or Google's own opt-out add-on will stop it, and the site works exactly the same either way.
